The Accessible Tourism SUPPLY (Sellers) consists of:

• tourist accommodation facilities (hotels, villages and campsites, holiday homes, B&B, farm holiday facilities, etc.) that offer accessible living and holiday solutions for any tourist destination, whether at the seaside, in the mountains, by a lake or in a city of art, without any limitations.
• consortia, cooperatives, associations and foundations promoting services (tourist guides, escort services, sporting activities, naturalistic, cultural and food and wine itineraries, etc.)
• service provider companies (hire of adapted instruments and aids for the holidays, accessible transportation companies, etc.)

they will have the opportunity to meet Buyers of Italian and international market:

• tour operators e travel agencies coming from Italy and Europe, interested in getting to know and in purchasing the “Accessible Tourism in Italy” product.
• associations: one of the main Buyers of Accessible Tourism are the associations of people with disabilities that organize events, holidays and excursions for their members.

The workshop is a great opportunity to enter new markets and develop their potential: we recall that the whole European Market of Accessible Tourism is estimated at 127million people – with an estimated value in 90billion euros – of which minimum 4million Italians who do not move by themselves (because they go on vacation with family and friends, creating a multiplier factor of 3!).

For operators will be an important opportunity to obtain information, references and opportunities for promotion of Tourism, Accessible Tourism and Quality Tourism in anticipation of the big event Expo 2015 “Nourishing the Planet. Energy for Life”. The Universal Exposition to be held in Milan in 2015 is a global event that sees membership of 157 countries and is expected to lead in Italy 20 million visitors in total, or approximately 109,000 average per day, presenting itself as a great chance for all tourism operators who can to combine a visit of the exhibition and also discovered the great beauties of the Italian Heritage.
